The design, manufacture, installation and operation of LB explosion-proof single girder overhead crane meet the requirement of JB/T 10219 standard. This crane is equipped with HB explosion-proof wire-rope electric hoist which is a light type equipment.

Description
With explosion-proof grade of ExdIIBT4 or ExdIICT4, this explosion-proof single girder overhead crane can be used at workshops with initiation ability lower than IIB or IIC, and danger area 1 or 2 (according to GB3836.1-2000). The explosion proof single girder overhead crane is mainly consisted of crane traveling mechanism, electrical system, bridge, explosion proof electric hoist, etc.
Application
LB type explosion-proof electric single girder overhead travelling crane is specially designed for flammable and explosive environment, and is suitable for dangerous places where explosive gas or dust mixtures exist. Explosion-proof single girder overhead cranes
When purchasing an explosion-proof crane, it is advisable to provide a cross-section of the refuge.indicating the height of the walls of the refuge, the height from the ground to the roof of the refuge, the width of the refuge,the curvature of the refuge, the height and width of the crane, the left and right limits of the crane, and the height at whichthe crane is intended to be lifted.

Main Girder
Main Girder will have sandblast derusting and painted with zinc rich epoxy primer.
Main Girder is cut by plasma numerical control cutting machine.
The butt weld of tension flange shall undergo ultrasonic or x-ray flaw detection as specified. -
Ground Girder
Ground Girder will have sandblast derusting and painted with zinc rich epoxy primer.
The wheels of ground girder are produced in special vacuum casting workshop which make wheels more elastic and outer surface hard-wearing and durable. -
Control model
Can use control handle with pendant line, wireless remote control, or cabin control.
