Metallurgical crane

Metallurgical cranes operate by longitudinal movement along the factory track direction, lateral movement of the trolley, and lifting movement of the hook. They are applicable to metal smelting workshops and are special cranes for lifting molten metals that comply with the standards of JB/T7688.1-95 and JB/T7688.15-95. The application of metallurgical cranes is generally suitable for an ambient temperature ranging from -10°C to +50°C. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of 40°C, and the radiant temperature of the molten metal lifted on the forging hook and plate hook does not exceed 300°C. Working levels: A7 and A8 are used in relatively busy metallurgical foundry workshops.

Metallurgical cranes are mainly special cranes applicable to metal smelting, rolling and hot processing, etc. These include open-hearth charging bridge cranes, ground charging cranes, hopper cranes, ingot stripping cranes, full-mold cranes, cover uncovering cranes, clamp cranes, slab turnover cranes, forging cranes, charging and discharging cranes for heating furnaces, hopper – electromagnetic cranes, and hopper – grab cranes.

  • YZ type Casting Bridge Crane

    The YZ type casting bridge crane adopts a double beam and single trolley structure, mainly composed of a bridge, trolley, hook beam, crane operation and electrical parts.   • QDY Electric Double Beam Bridge Metallurgical Crane

    QDY electric double beam bridge metallurgical crane is mainly used for lifting molten metal in metallurgical, casting and other places. The working level of the whole machine is A7, and an insulation layer device is added at the bottom of the main beam. The assembly and testing of the crane comply with the Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine General Administration's document No. 375 [2007]. Other places for lifting molten non-metallic materials and lifting hot solid metals can also refer to the selection. (Note: H0 in the following figure represents the height added to the buffer of the large vehicle. H0 ≤ 250)

    The power supply of the crane is three-phase AC, with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 380V;

    The relative humidity shall not exceed 50% at a temperature of+40 ℃;
